Snowboard & Downhill Skiers will delight with “The Most Snow in Colorado" located only 15 miles from Riverbend Resort.

Snowmobilers will also find deep powder with over 250 miles of groomed trails.

Guests can easily access Trout Creek less than 1/4 mile from our Resort, plus many other trails of various lengths and difficulty nearby, including the largest tree in the forest and waterfalls.

ATV specific trails are found nearby, as well as plenty of easy riding and OHV routes along any of the forestry roads in the area. Rentals are available in South Fork at Twin Pines Motor Sports & the Outdoor Depot.

Golf the Rio Grande Club - a championship 18 hole course, just 5 miles away.

Mtn. Bikers will find a mecca of world class riding, plus great challenging trails just outside Del Norte, CO.

Located 25 miles from Riverbend, this historic silver mining town features driving tours, shops, and the Creede Repertory Theatre; a nationally renowned theatre offering plays, musicals & concerts performed in a 1930s venue with locall art in the lobby.

Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve is located less than an hours drive from Riverbend. Don't forget to check out the Colorado Gator Farm, while you are in the neighborhood.
